Responsibilities
- Report to the Operation Supervisor/Manager and actively participate in internal meetings and management reviews.
- Manage and maintain company vehicles, buildings, office environment, electrical/mechanical installations, and ensure the cleanliness and safety of all company areas.
- Handling all licensing, operational needs (office supplies, work equipment, communication facilities), and managing outsourced workers.
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with external parties, including local governments, security forces, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring that sample/product distribution runs on time, accurately, in accordance with SOPs, and maintaining quality and work safety.
- Ensuring the implementation of occupational health, safety, and security, as well as developing personal competencies in accordance with the company's competency model
Requirements
- D3 or S1 degree in Business Administration/Management/Engineering/LawÂ
- Have at least 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of office administration and facilities management
- Have an understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) standards
- Possess the ability to coordinate office services such as security, cleaning, transportation, and maintenance
- Able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Have loyalty to the company
- Honest, responsible, and multitasking
