The Officer Development Program is a position that plays a role in developing the company's services and business, ranging from research activities, stem cell/cell/secretome process management, to branding and promotion. This position is also involved in building relationships with hospitals, educational institutions, research institutions, and government agencies to support the company's sales and growth targets.

Requirements
- High school/vocational school graduate or 5th/6th-semester university student majoring in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or Life Sciences.
- Experienced in research, research publication, and laboratory work.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
- Highly motivated, sales-oriented, and target-driven.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Possesses good sales and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work on weekends for scientific events, marketing activities, and company programs.
- Possesses good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Branding and promoting the company's services, as well as building relationships with government agencies, educational and research institutions, hospitals, and clinics.
- Responsible for carrying out research and service-based research related to stem cells, cells, and secretome to support the achievement of the company’s revenue targets.
- Carrying out the processing, storage, release, and distribution of stem cells, cells, and secretome in accordance with the standards established by the company.
